Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within the Philippines for all orders above Php 3,000.
For Calculated Shipping Rates: Orders below Php 3,000 or outside the Philippines, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Deliveries are made from 10am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday. The assigned courier will contact you via text message or phone call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.
Tracking Your Order: When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text notification with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the following platforms:
- For local deliveries (JRS Express): Visit JRS Express Tracking.
- For international deliveries (DHL): Visit DHL Tracking.
Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive the shipping confirmation.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for domestic orders) or within the specified timeframe for international orders, please contact us at sales@rnrprint.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you promptly.
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- With tags attached

You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@rnrprint.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Important: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items or conditions are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom Orders: All custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. However, minor alterations may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the request and the feasibility of the alteration. Please contact us for further assistance regarding alterations.
- Improper care or misuse: Items damaged due to improper washing, care, or handling.

Material pilling:
- Caused by rubbing against a saddle bag or race belt.
- Caused by contact with rough surfaces.
- Material deterioration: Damage from exposure to high chlorine concentrations (e.g., swimming pools).
- Normal wear and tear: Includes fading, thinning, or other signs of regular use.
- Skin irritation or chafing: These are not considered defects. We recommend using products like BodyGlide to prevent irritation.
- Missing original packaging or tags: Items returned without their original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase will not be accepted.
Refunds or Exchanges
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Refunds: If your refund is approved, we will process a refund for the value of the product only. Please note that the original shipping fee from your order is non-refundable. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the amount.
- Exchanges: If your exchange is approved, we will send you an invoice for the shipping fee of the replacement product. Once the shipping fee has been settled, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly.
